Dreaming of having a luxury wedding with the comforts of a stately home but also want the ethereal photos in Scottish ruins and forests too?Want a luxurious feel but at the same time want to have a relaxed vibe to the day?

Then look no further than Errol Park Estate! For Katie and Simons day, they opted for a luxury wedding at Errol Park Estate. this hidden gem in Scotland dates back to 1747. Hidden behind ancient boundary walls, Errol Park is an enchanting, romantic place, which has remained one of Scotland's secret treasures.

With it gorgeous grand house overlooking fields with horses it has all the home comforts, but also tucked away on the grounds is the beautiful folly framed by the forest which almost feels like it's miles from anywhere and anyone.

Katie chose the most exquisite dress from Elegance Sposa made from tulle and lace and even had a detachable tulle cape which softly fell over Katies shoulders. Teamed with her hair in waves and soft plaits by Bridal Hair by Robyn and she looked like she had stepped out of a midsummer nights dream. Simon fitted into the style of day perfectly with his smart tailored suit from Reis.

In keeping with the soft delicate vibe of the day, the couple had opted for silk flowers decorating the venue and grand staircase by Myrtle and Bracken.

We completely lucked out with the weather on this day and there were so many options for locations for photos, too many in fact! I could have happily spent all day taking photos around the grounds. Had the weather turned though we would have still have been spoilt for choices as the venues itself has so many gorgeous indoor spots too.

Helping the day flow beautifully was the brilliant Colin, always quietly in the background making things run on time and offering assistance whenever the couple needed anything at all. Even driving us down to the folly for photos to save the couple and myself time, he is such a brilliant asset to Errol Park with his kind and approachable nature. Having someone on site at a wedding venue can make or break a venue Iv found depending if you have someone who loves their job and loves weddings and Colin is top of this when it comes to his level of service.

Katie and Simons guests enjoyed the sunshine and grounds throughout the day and then danced the night away to the live band The Cartel. Chris knows how to get a party going and ensures that all ages will have a good time, he's also super friendly and chatty too:)

With fire pits lighting up the courtyard it was the perfect end to the perfect day. Relaxed and yet luxurious at the same time.
